Viewing Trip with Free Accommodation

You pay for your flights, we provide the accommodation.

If the idea of a 1 to 1 Viewing Trip doesn’t appeal to you and you would rather be a bit more independent, then our free self catering accommodation option might suit you better.

You simply call us to agree dates then book and pay for your own flights and we will meet you at the airport to take you to your accommodation. If you are planning to hire a car we can send you good directions on how to find your way to the accommodation and meet you there with the keys.

We think it makes sense to stay in self catering accommodation so that you can really experience what it feels like to have your own place in Spain!

If for whatever reason you would prefer to stay in a hotel – we can happily arrange that for you.

You decide what time you want to start the day and how many properties you want to see. You decide where and when you want to have your meals and obviously you’ll want to have some time to yourselves!

Your only commitment to us is that you are seriously planning to buy a property in Spain – subject to us finding the right one for you of course.

• You can fly from any airport in the UK
• You can come over any day of the week – we don’t mind (but remember Sunday is not a full viewing day)
• We will meet you at the airport in Spain
• We will take you to your accommodation and let you get settled
• Up to 5 nights accommodation in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex with private garden, solarium and communal pool
• You’ll be taken around the areas that you want to see
• You’ll have the services of a Spanish Property expert for the duration of your stay Free of charge
• Transportation to all property viewings will be provided in a nice comfortable air conditioned car – not a mini bus!
• Free consultation with the Spanish Property Lawyer
• Introduction to support network for all the practical things

You’ll get time to yourself, which is good reflection time but part of your agreement with us is that you don’t use the free time to visit other real estate agents – that really wouldn’t be very fair.

We wont spend the evenings with you unless you want us to
