For some outdoor therapy you could visit the Mar Menor around Lo Pagan where you will find the largest therapeutic open air mud bath of Europe. You’ll see people all along that coast covered in scrummy mud – the mud bath is said to be good for skin problems, rheumatism, arthritis and general rehabilitation.
