a family run business with offices in the UK and Spain.

Jo Howe is our Managing Director in Spain and Jill Pengelly is our Managing Director based in the UK. Their company ethos evolved from the experiences they had when buying property themselves in Spain.

The company ethos is a simple one:
We want our clients to have all of the help and information that we looked for when we were customers hoping to find a home in Spain

Both Jo & Jill have bought property in Spain. Jo has a large country finca in Aspe about 30 minutes inland, west of Alicante. Jo and partner David moved into the house when it was little more than a shell. Now it’s a beautiful home with a lovely swimming pool, Spanish courtyard and thriving grape vines all around. Jill’s place is a 2 bedroom holiday home right by the coast 15 minutes from San Javier airport. Jill and Steve use their place to capture as much winter sun as they can while playing the odd game of golf.

Before launching Spanish Properties and more Ltd both ladies worked for UK based estate agent.
