The BBC asked us to help them make a programme about the problems faced by first time buyers in the UK.

They wanted to include a section in the programme about the option of buying in Spain and our very own Jill Pengelly was happy to show potential first time buyer Pete from Manchester around a number of properties within his budget of £120,000. It was fun working with the film crew but there was an important message that we wanted to get across.

Investing in overseas property, emigrating or buying a holiday home are big steps for anyone let alone a first time buyer and we were keen to emphasise how important it is to be very clear about your motives for buying in Spain. It’s important to do your homework and work with a company like ourselves who will guide you through the entire searching and buying process.

It was great fun making the programme and of course we were delighted to be called upon as the ‘Spanish property experts’ – there are lots of companies that the BBC could have chosen to help them and we take it as a great compliment that they selected us.
